you and real ME

Everyday that I think about things, one odd thing I think is of all the people who know I exist and how some of them, have and are seeing me grow.

For it is only a handful of people who are going to know you for you really are! No matter how good or saint you are, it will not bother the rest of the people who know you exist as long as they’re being affected by it.

Everyone has their own thesis about you, a perception that has framed you in their head of “How you are”. No matter how not you are really, it wouldn’t matter to them, for — for them, their perception is the Real You.

And although living in such a world seems like a task and a half, there will always be people who will know you for everything that you want to stand for. When you sit and think about it, it’s pretty amazing how certain things remind someone of you..

They’d say-

“This made me think of you.”

“I thought you might like to see this.”

“I really wanted to share this with you.”

“This reminds me of how you…”

It’s weird and how nice- some where along the way, you start meaning something to people, even if it’s just in the smallest of manners. I just think that it is very wholesome when people start associating certain things with you. It’s their way of telling you that you actually matter to them, and I think that it is beautiful that we do this.

Maybe there’s still hope for us all to be better and kinder to each other and that’s pretty much all we can want from the world.
